- Print each of your Disney coloring pages on cardstock if you’d like them to be more sturdy. It’s an especially good idea if you’ve got kids who are rough on their coloring pages.
- Make sure that you print each page in color so that the color key prints in color. If you don’t have a color printer, then make sure you color each dot with the corresponding shade so that kids have something to follow.
- If you’re giving these to really young kids, go ahead and color in all of the black spaces. This will give them a bit more of an outline to follow which may help them a bit.
Why is pixel art so nostalgic?
This fun art style is so nostalgic because it reminds us of old-school video games! Some of my favorite games of all time had this pixelated display and man, how I loved to play them. The pixelated images were often due to limitations on the technology back when video games were first created. It’s now timeless and fun type of art creation that brings those feelings of nostalgia rushing right back in!
