How to Make Oreo Pie Crust

Crush: Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse until they break down into fine crumbs.

Mix: While the food processor is running, slowly pour in the melted butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs until combined.

Press: Transfer the mixture to a pie pan and press it into an even layer across the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.

Chill: Refrigerate the crust for at least 30 minutes before using it.

Does it matter if I use classic Oreos or double stuffed?

You can use regular or double-stuff Oreos cookies!

How do you get the sides of the crust to be thinner?

I use a two-hand method with one hand on the side and one hand on the top and press all the way around the crust. This is the easiest way to make an even crust.

I don’t have a food processor. Is there another way to make this?

Yes, you can chop them up in a blender or place them in a large Ziploc bag and smash them with a rolling pin until they break down into crumbs.

Is there a way to speed up the chill time?

You can place the crust in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes.

Easy No-Bake Pie crust made with crushed Oreos and butter!

  • 24 Oreos
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Place the Oreos into your food processor. Pulse the processor until the Oreos are chopped into crumbs.
  • Stream in the butter until it’s all combined.
  • Place the crumb mixture into a 9-inch pie pan. Using the back of a measuring cup, pat the mixture up the sides and the bottom.
  • Place the crust into the fridge for 30 minutes to set up.
