FALL SNACK MIX

½ cup butter ½ cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cups Wheat Chex 2 cups Corn Chex  2 cups mini pretzel twists 2 cups Bugles chips 1 cup Reese's pieces 1 cup candy corn and pumpkins

Add butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract to a large, microwave safe bowl.

Cook in the microwave for 30-45 seconds. Stir to combine until the butter is all melted.

Add the Wheat Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels and Bugles to the bowl. Toss to coat in caramel mixture.

Microwave for 5 minutes stirring after every minute.

Pour out onto a parchment lined sheet to cool. This should take about 30-60 minutes.

Once cool add the Reese's pieces, candy corn and pumpkins and caramel corn with peanuts and toss to combine.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry spot or serve immediately.
