Cover tube in a thin layer of peanut butter.

Spread bird seed out on a plate or tray and roll the toilet paper tube in the seeds to coat it.

Sprinkle more seeds onto any area that got missed, and lightly press over the whole tube to make sure everything sticks.

Optional: thread a piece of twine through the tube and tie the ends together to create a loop for hanging.

Hang on a tree branch with the twine loop or place tube directly around the branch.
