Instructions

  • Cut the white crew sock just above the heel. Discard the top portion or save it for another craft.
  • Fill the bottom section of the sock with polyfil, creating a plump snowman shape. Secure the opening with a rubber band.
  • Divide the stuffed sock into two sections (head and bottom) by tightly wrapping rubber bands around the sock. Adjust the polyfil as needed to ensure each section is round and proportional.
  • Cut the toe section of the fuzzy sock to create a hat. Fold slightly to make the hat’s brim. Slide the hat onto the snowman’s head and secure it with a small dab of white school glue if necessary. Cut a strip from the remnant of the fuzzy sock for the snowman’s scarf. Tie the scarf around the snowman’s neck.
  • Using the black marker, draw two eyes and a smile on the snowman’s face. Use the pink marker to add rosy cheeks. Attach the orange mini pom pom with glue to create a carrot nose.
  • Decorate further with buttons using additional pom poms. Allow the glue to dry completely before displaying your snowman.
