In a large bowl whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Slowly combine the condensed milk and pinch of salt. Mix on medium speed until combined.
Line a small cookie sheet or toaster oven tray with foil. Place the mini marshmallows (not the Lucky Charms Marshmallows) on the tray. Broil in the oven or toaster oven for 2 minutes or until golden in color but not burnt. Do not walk away from the oven or toaster oven keep a close eye on the marshmallows and pull them out before they burn.
When the marshmallows have toasted quickly scrape the foil with a silicone spatula and get all the marshmallows into the ice cream custard mixture.
Mix on medium speed until combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 2 hours.
After 2 hours the ice cream will resemble a soft-serve texture, fold in the Lucky Charms cereal and marshmallows.
Freeze for an additional 2 hours or overnight.
Scoop into waffle cones or bowls and enjoy! Garnish with additional Lucky Charms if desired!
