Bend a pipe cleaner in an arch shape and tape the bottom of each end to the back of the colored glitter card stock.

Then trace the arch and make some wavy lines at the bottom to create the ghost. Cut the template and use it to trace the other ghosts. Set the ghosts aside.

Take the black construction paper and trace the end of the glue stick for circles for the eyes. Cut out the eyes and affix them with glue.

Use the black marker to create a spooky expression.

Cut (3) 5-inch strips of black or white crepe paper streamer. Then cut each strip in half. Spread a thin layer of glue on the bottom of the back of the ghost. Press each strip to attach them until secure.

Cut a decorative straw in half. Take ½ and tape it to secure it to the back of the ghost.
