Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut butter or nut butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Jelly of your choice

  • Spread peanut butter or nut butter into middle of both slices of bread. This is the trick to not have the jelly seep out of the sandwich after you press it.
  • Top with jelly.
  •  Add slice of bread to the top of the jelly and peanut butter bread.
  • Cut circle with sandwich cutter, turn sandwich over and place sealer on top, lining up pointers and firmly press sealer in.
  • Remove from cutter.

Notes

HOW TO STORE HOMEMADE UNCRUSTABLES
Refrigerator/Room Temperature – Place sandwiches in a ziploc bag and squeeze as much air out as you can when you seal the bag. They will stay good for 2-3 days in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
Freezer – Wrap each of your crustless sandwiches in plastic wrap and then place the bulk of them in a large Ziploc bag, sealing it shut before placing the bag in the freezer. Try to squeeze as much air out of the bag as possible. Leave your sandwiches in the freezer until you’re planning to have one. You can pull it out and let it thaw for 15-30 minutes before eating.
