Wrap the sharpened pencils with green paper tape from just above the point to just below the eraser to look like a stem of a flower.

Stack two green cupcake liners and fold in half. Using scissors shape folded cupcake liner to look like leaves, with center still attached. See photos above.

Place a glue dot between the two liners to hold them together.

Take five of the same color cupcake liners and fold them in quarters.  Cut
cupcake liners into the shape of petals. 

Unfold liners and rotate so that the petals are going in different directions, use a glue dots to keep them together.

Place a push pin in the center of  the flower and leaves. Push the pin into the end of the eraser.

Place a glue dot on top of the push pin and secure a Hershey Kiss to the glue dot.

Repeat steps 1-5 for every flower pencil you choose to make.

Take a mason jar and fill it with shredded paper and extra Hershey Kisses.

Arrange flower pencils to look like a bouquet.

Print off a gift tag, attach with twine to the jar and give as a gift.
