  • Start by cutting two 12-inch pipe cleaners in half. Form a cross with 2 of the cut sections. Fold one section of the pipe cleaner in half and twist it around the center to secure it. Grab another section and repeat.
  • Separate and spread the pipe cleaners to form a snowflake shape.
  • Thread assorted pony beads onto the pipe cleaners. Leave about ¼ inch at the end of each length of pipe cleaner.
  • Loop the pipe cleaner and poke it back into the last bead. Twist the end and bend it slightly to secure the beads.
  • Add a rhinestone sticker to the center of your snowflake to finish it off.
