Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 1 Beaded Snowflake

Instructions

  • Let’s start by cutting two 12-inch pipe cleaners in half. Form a cross with 2 of the cut sections. Fold one section of the pipe cleaner in half and twist it around the center to secure it. Grab another section and repeat the step.
  • Separate and spread the pipe cleaners to form a snowflake shape.
  • Next, thread your assorted pony beads onto the pipe cleaners. Leave about ¼ inch at the end of each length of pipe cleaner.
  • Once you have threaded the beads, loop the pipe cleaner and poke it back into the last bead. Twist the end and bend it slightly to secure the beads.
  • Lastly, add a rhinestone sticker to the center of your snowflake.

Notes

  • Use glitter pipe cleaners so that the end of each point of the snowflake will have some extra glittery flair!
  • Try using a pattern of different size beads on each pipe cleaner to make an extra fancy pipe cleaner snowflake.
  • Create an ornament out of this snowflake craft by hanging it with fishing line to make it look like it's floating.
