In a large bowl whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and set to the side.
Next, in another large bowl using a hand mixer or stand mixer whip the heavy cream on medium-high speed until you get firm peaks.
Gently fold 1 cup of the whipped cream into the bowl with the sweetened condensed milk. Add this to the bowl with the remaining whipped cream and gently fold mixtures together.
Add the crushed Golden Oreos and patriotic sprinkles to ice cream mixture and gently fold mixture together until combined.
Pour ice cream into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch metal loaf pan.
Cover pan and freeze the ice cream for at least 5 hours before serving.
