Evenly line up 7 regular size popsicle sticks.

Using hot glue gun, run a line of hot glue the entire length of a small popsicle stick & press it horizontally onto one end of the 7 sticks - repeat this step on the other end as well.

Flip the newly made board over and coat with an even layer of green paint. 

Let pain dry. It will take about 10 minutes if you do about 4 thin layers of paint 

Glue the eyes and nose in place.

Using the black marker draw a smile or mouth.

Use the pipe cleaner to form angry eyebrows and a sprig of hair and apply with glue.
