In a medium bowl, add cold milk and sprinkle pudding over top and whisk until well combined.
Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
Gently fold in whipped topping until well combined.
Then add blue food dye and fold in. Add enough to get your desired color of blue.
Spoon into glasses or cups.
Sprinkle crushed Golden Oreo cookies on top of pudding in cups. You can cover the entire top or blue pudding mix on one side to resemble the ocean.
Add gummy candies for decoration.
Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
For best results, don’t store leftovers with sand topping on them! Cover each of the beach pudding cups in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. They’ll last for about 2-3 days!
