While the paint is drying, print and cut out the template for the cactus arms. Trace and cut the arms out of green cardstock.

Then, once the paint on the bag is completely dry, glue the arms coming out from the sides of the paper bag.

Use a green marker to randomly add dashes around the cactus for the thorns.

Glue googly eyes to the top of the bag. Also use a black marker to draw a simple mouth.

Next, punch a bunch of hearts using a heart paper punch out of either red or pink cardstock.
