Notes

CAN YOU MAKE WHITE CHOCOLATE BARK?

Yes, you can use white chocolate melts or white chocolate almond bark instead of the regular chocolate kind.

HOW LONG DOES CHOCOLATE CANDY BARK KEEP?

What I love about candy bark is that it keeps well so it’s perfect to make ahead or for gifts.
  • Room temperature: Store it in an airtight container and it will keep for up to a week as long as it’s not too warm where you’re storing it.
  • Refrigerator: You can also store it in the fridge for up to two to three weeks!

TIPS FOR THE BEST BARK!

  • Use candy melts or chocolate almond bark – they’re easier to melt and set up so your candy bark is perfect.
  • When you add the cookies, pretzels, and Reese’s Pieces, lightly press them into the chocolate so they stick.
  • Wait to add the sprinkles and eyes until the end – we like to individually place each eye so they’re evenly distributed.
