Arrange the English muffins in the air fryer with the split side up. Air fry for 3 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove the English muffins from the air fryer and spread pizza sauce evenly on top of each one; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and top with mini pepperoni slices.
Place back in the air fryer and cook for 4 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or until the edges of the English muffin are golden and cheese is melted.
Depending on the size of your air fryer this may need to be done in smaller batches.
Notes
Air fry the muffins in a single layer with the cut-side up. This will ensure they toast evenly. If there’s not enough room, don’t stack them. Instead, cook them in batches for the best results.
Don’t add too much sauce. Just spread enough on top to cover the muffin (leaving a little border) – you don’t want them to be soggy.
Go easy on the toppings, too. Pick one or two favorites plus the cheese. If you add too many, your pizzas will get weighed down and will be hard to eat.
Make sure you prebake the English Muffins then top them or you will get soggy pizzas.
